Policy:
Shipping costs are calculated and added to your order. Note: oversized
orders (such as multiple products, or very large quantity items) may require additional
shipping fees. At It's Covered™, LLC there are no hidden fees. Our standard shipping
procedure is typically through USPS taking approximately 1-3 business days from
acceptance of order but is not guaranteed. We also ship UPS, Fed Ex or DHL at
our discretion.
USPS: Packages are delivered in an average of 1-3
days to any destination.
Note: delivery services do not operate or
deliver on holidays.
Next Day Shipping and Express Orders: We will be happy to ship any in-stock item to you overnight. Please contact us by telephone for express orders.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. All
online orders are currently processed through the PayPal Network (membership is
not required!).

Charges:
As we are a California based company, a 8.25% sales tax will be applied
to all California orders. All prices are in US Dollars.
Defective or Damaged Items:

you have received a product that you feel is defective or has been damaged in

Please make your returns or exchanges at the place of original purchase.
It's Covered™, LLC will be happy to accept a return or an exchange up to 14
days after you receive the item if it was directly purchased from us(see the
following for exceptions). Items must be returned to It's Covered™, LLC in new,
unused/unwashed condition, and be in original packaging, with all tags attached
and a copy of your invoice. Please note this policy does not cover damages
caused by improper care, accidents, or the natural breakdown of materials over
extended time and use. All products returned to us will be evaluated and replaced
or repaired at our discretion. Shipping fees are non-refundable. For free shipping
offers, shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. Sale items are non-returnable.
Please contact us within one week of receipt of a non-returnable item to report
any problems. All sales become final 14 days after you receive the item(s).
The first step in the return process is to request a RAN (Return Authorization Number) through e-mail. We will then contact you within one business day with your RAN information. YOU MUST HAVE A VALID RAN BEFORE RETURNING AN ITEM TO US. Note: we are not able to process any items that are received without a valid RAN located on the outside of the package.
Return Procedure:

without a valid RAN located on the outside of the package. Items shipped to us
without an RAN will be returned to you at your expense.
2. Repackage item carefully. Improper packaging may damage the item, making it non-returnable. Original shipping box is preferred.
3. Write the RAN clearly on the outside of your package.
4. Ship item(s) to us at the address below. Purchaser is responsible
for return shipping charges. We strongly recommend shipping all items via UPS
or FedEx for tracking purposes, insurance, and security. We can not be responsible
for items lost or damaged during shipping.

5. Upon our receipt of the product, we will process your refund or exchange within 10 business days. For returns, a credit will be applied to the credit card originally used in the purchase (excluding the original shipping fees).
